[TI-nspire CX CAS Student Software] V4.5 프로그램 오류 - 파일 열기

1. 사용 환경
컴퓨터 OS는 윈도우10 Pro(64비트)입니다.
최근에 nspire 계산기 OS를 Ver4.5로 업데이트하면서, PC Software 도 새로 깔게 되었습니다.
기존 버전 : TI Nspire CAS Student Software 3.2.0.1219
새 버전 : TI Nspire CX CAS Student Software - 4.5.0.1180 (TI 홈페이지에서 다운로드)
설치 과정에 문제는 없었구요.
2. 문제점
그런데... 프로그램 사용 중 한가지 문제가 있습니다.
파일 열기(Open Document) 기능을 실행해도 아무런 일도 일어나지 않습니다.
원래는 파일을 선택할 수 있도록 파일 탐색기 창(File Dialog Box)이 떠야되는거 아닙니까?
<예를 들면 이런 창 - 다른 Java 프로그램에서 띄워본 창입니다.>
이런게 안뜨네요.
Save 명령에 대해서는 문제 없이 창이 뜹니다.
Welcome Screen 도 잘 뜨구요.
위 문제 이외에 프로그램 사용상 문제점은 아직 발견되지 않았습니다.

I understand you are having a problem using your TI-Nspire CX CAS Student Software. I am happy to assist you.
Make sure you have your license number. Please uninstall the software completely from the computer and delete all the TI-Nspire folders in the directory below:
- C:\ProgramData\
- 32-bit C:\Program Files \TI Education\
- 64-bit C:\Program Files (x86)\TI Education\
- C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Texas Instruments\
Visit the following URL and reinstall the software under full administrator rights:

I was not able to duplicate the issue you are having on my TI-Nspire CX CAS Student Software version 4.5.0.1180.
Usually, if any software that cannot open a file or a document, it must not have enough privilege or access to some directories on your computer. When choosing Open Document, the software will access the directory below on default:
C:\Users\[Username]\Downloads
Make sure you enable read and write permission to the above directory for your TI-Nspire CX CAS Student Software.
If the problem persisted, please reply with the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Phone number
- Software version
- Computer Operating System
- License number
- Screenshot of the issue
- Gather the diagnostic files and attach the file to your reply. To find the diagnostic files for this software, refer to this Knowledge Base article:

최근(2~3일 전)에 윈도우를 새로 설치하게 되었습니다. (윈도우 10 Pro 클린설치)
문득 생각이 나서 TINspireCXCASStudentSoftware-4.5.0.1180 를 공식 사이트에서 다운받아서 설치를 했구요.
문제가 나타나지 않을 것으로 기대했습니다만... 똑같은 문제가 발생하네요?본문 쓸 당시와 비교하면...
- 같은 것 : 컴퓨터 HP 8460p, 램 8GB,
- 다른 것 : 설치된 하드 SSD(X110) -> SSD(A400), V3.2 설치된 상태에서 V4.5 추가설치 -> 포맷 후 설치로 Trial 유지.
윈도우 클린설치 이후 추가 설치된 프로그램은 몇개 없구요.
- 현 사용자 계정 : 관리자
- 설치 프로그램 : 관리자 권한 주고 설치
- 실행 프로그램 : 관리자 권한 주고 실행
- 다 했는데도 문제가 해결되지 않습니다.
의심해볼 수 있는 거라곤 '8460p 일부 장치들(Fingerprint, SD reader)이 자동설치되지 않아서 알 수 없는 장치로 나오는 문제를 해결하기 위해 해당 패치파일을 받아 설치한 것' 정도인데... 그게 과연 영향이 있을지는?

Java 문제인가 싶어서 Java 8.0.1810.13 설치했는데도 똑같습니다.

위 링크 글 댓글 중에 있는 JFileChooserTest.jar 파일을 실행해 보니 자바 실행파일로 파일 다이얼로그 박스가 열리는 것 자체에는 문제가 없는 것 같습니다.아무래도 TI-nspire Software 클라이언트 내부에서 해결해야 할 문제일 듯 합니다.
